Cancellation Policy for Church Office Hours
During the week, normal office hours are 9AM -3PM Monday – Thursday. The First Congregational Church’s policy regarding cancellation of office hours is to follow the Binghamton City School District inclement weather cancellation policy. On days that the Binghamton School City District cancels school due to inclement weather the church office will be closed for the day. When the Binghamton City School District issues an early dismissal due to inclement weather the church office will close early as well.

Cancellation Policy for Sunday Worship
Sunday Worship which is normally held from 10AM to 11AM every Sunday will be canceled in the event that a state of emergency issued by the City of Binghamton is in effect during that time period.
